Yonduur Global Listing Agreement

This Listing Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Yonduur ("Platform") and the individual or entity submitting a property listing ("Client," "you," or "your"). By creating, submitting, or publishing a listing on Yonduur, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Platform Role

Yonduur is a digital platform that enables property owners, agencies, and authorized representatives to advertise rental properties and receive inquiries from prospective tenants.

Yonduur:

  • Acts solely as an intermediary technology platform
  • Does not own, lease, manage, or control any listed properties
  • Is not a real estate broker, agent, property manager, or legal advisor
  • Does not participate in or guarantee any rental transaction

All agreements, negotiations, and transactions occur directly between you and prospective tenants.

2. Listings & Fees

2.1 Free Listings

Property listings may be published at no cost unless otherwise stated.

2.2 Optional Paid Services

Yonduur may offer optional paid upgrades, including but not limited to:

  • Featured Listings
  • Sponsored Placement
  • Priority Visibility
  • Premium or Exclusive Listing Options

All paid services:

  • Are optional
  • Are non-refundable unless required by applicable law
  • Do not guarantee performance or results

2.3 Non-Exclusivity

Listings are non-exclusive unless expressly agreed in writing.

3. No Guarantees

Yonduur does not guarantee:

  • That your property will be rented
  • The speed of rental
  • The number, quality, or suitability of inquiries
  • Any financial outcome

4. Client Responsibilities

By listing a property, you represent and warrant that:

4.1 Authority

  • You have full legal authority to list the property
  • You are the owner or authorized representative

4.2 Accuracy

  • All listing information is accurate, complete, and not misleading
  • All images and descriptions reflect the true condition of the property

4.3 Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements in the jurisdiction where the property is located, including but not limited to:

  • Rental and housing laws
  • Licensing or registration requirements
  • Consumer protection laws
  • Tax obligations

4.4 Full Responsibility

You are fully responsible for:

  • Tenant screening and selection
  • Lease agreements and contractual terms
  • Property condition and safety
  • Compliance with all applicable laws

5. Global Legal Compliance

You agree to comply with all local, national, and international laws applicable to your listings and rental activities. Yonduur does not provide legal advice and does not verify compliance.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

Both parties agree to comply with applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to:

  • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable
  • Any local data protection or privacy regulations

You agree to:

  • Process personal data lawfully
  • Use data only for legitimate rental-related purposes
  • Protect user data from unauthorized access or misuse

7. Content License

By submitting a listing, you grant Yonduur a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Display
  • Reproduce
  • Distribute
  • Modify (for formatting or optimization)
  • Promote

your listing content, including text, images, and media, across:

  • The Yonduur platform
  • Marketing materials
  • Advertising channels

This license continues for as long as the content remains on the platform.

8. Platform Rights

Yonduur reserves the right to:

  • Review, edit, or remove listings
  • Suspend or terminate accounts
  • Refuse listings that violate this Agreement or applicable laws

at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

9. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yonduur is not responsible for:

  • Tenant behavior or disputes
  • Payment issues or financial losses
  • Property damage
  • Misrepresentation in listings
  • Any agreements made between users

Yonduur provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability where prohibited by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yonduur from any claims, damages, liabilities, or disputes arising from:

  • Your listings
  • Your rental activities
  • Your violation of this Agreement
  • Your failure to comply with applicable laws

11. Termination

  • You may remove your listings at any time
  • Yonduur may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations or risk concerns

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Yonduur is established, unless otherwise required by mandatory local laws.

13. Acceptance

By using the Yonduur platform or submitting a listing, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood this Agreement
  • You agree to be legally bound by its terms
